Dear Readers:

My name is Wayne Clements. I am the President and Founder of Business Solutions with Integrity Inc. (“BSWI”).

Computers have absolutely fascinated me since they first appeared in our high schools back in the 70s. In 1982 after university my curiosity and technological aptitude led me to becoming IBM’s first PC support technician in Canada which made my family proud.

In 1992 I decided to challenge myself by launching BSWI to further explore how instrumental computers could be in growing and improving businesses. Becoming an entrepreneur and running a business energizes me as much as my passion for the rapid technological developments of the information age that we were embracing!
Some of our senior technicians have been with us since our humble beginnings. Our combined knowledge deepened over time and has definitely been our leverage and advantage in developing custom solutions and resolving clients’ technological problems. We have thrived, grown and added more knowledgeable technical staff. Our helpdesk provides fast and efficient service. The majority of calls to our helpdesk are answered within 2 minutes. Clients can have our experienced techs at their location promptly as well. We have a collaborative and highly skilled team of IT professionals and business experts on staff to server you.

We have been graced with many long-term clients, some of whom have been with us for decades. Our clients are small to medium sized firms ranging in size from 5 to over 100 users. Our clients are from the entire business spectrum from law firms and accounting firms to property management companies to manufacturing plants and everything in between. We also serve many not-for-profit businesses as well. We are fortunate to have a broad spectrum of interesting and diverse clients which keeps our days full and interesting. Most of all, we have gained incredible insight into what our clients need to grow and have peace of mind without them having to be concerned with their IT.

We are able to offer the traditional on-premises solutions or cloud-based solutions or a hybrid of the two. We will work with you to help you determine the most practical and efficient option for you. We offer unparalleled expertise in the IT realm. We also address telephony and cabling and website design and basically if it is IT related, we have the expertise to help you.

Security has always been of utmost concern to us! During the pandemic with clients’ staff working remotely and adopting hybrid operating models, their needs for enhanced cyber security have escalated. We developed a successful multi-layer approach which secured clients working either at their company or home offices. To reinforce our clients’ cyber safety we developed and provide end user staff training to enhance their cyber security through prevention. We want everyone to “stay safe”.

The very real threat of cyber security has vastly impacted everyone in the past five years. International cyber-attacks are now a constant threat and are getting more sophisticated as international cyber

criminals learn and get better at their craft. If you operate a small or medium sized company statistics tell us that it’s “not if but when” you will get hacked. As a result we continually assess our cyber security software and practices to ensure that our clients are protected.
