BSWI's Code of Ethics

At Business Solutions With Integrity Inc., we know how important you, the client is. We view our clients as long-term business partners and thus we will conduct ourselves in a manner that is fair and beneficial to both parties. We have developed the following code of ethics to govern our actions as we provide you with computer hardware and software and our excellent service.

1. Be honest and Trustworthy
2. Honour client's privacy and confidentiality
3. Act with professional responsibility and integrity in our dealings with clients, suppliers and other associates.
4. Place the interests of our clients above our own self-interests.
5. Continuously work to improve the quality of service we provide.
6. Provide only legal copies of software so our clients are not put in the position of facing criminal charges as a result of what we supplied (or did not) supply .
7. Provide hardware that strikes a balance of quality and price in order to give the best value to our clients.
8. Continuously train and educate our staff so as to upgrade our skills and knowledge on an on-going basis.
9. Give opinions that are as far as possible unbiased and objective.
10. Accept responsibility for our work.
11. Bill fairly for work provided and hardware/software provided.
12. Communicate with our clients at a level, which they can understand.
13. Work competently and diligently for clients.
14. Be open and forthright with our policies, warranties and quality of our products and services.
15. Respond to our client's needs on a timely basis.
16. Return phone calls and respond to e-mails or faxes as quickly as possible.
17. Carry appropriate insurance including workers' compensation such that our clients are not at risk from a lawsuit if something happens to them while on their site.
