A Full Managed Services Contract includes unlimited helpdesk and onsite service (in the Toronto area). It also includes most project work including new or replacement servers and workstations as well as well as migrating to cloud services - including Office 365 email migration. The following products and services are excluded from a Full Managed Services Contract (unless otherwise specified) however they are available A la Carte and priced separately from your agreement.
With a Full Managed Services Contract you are billed per user/workstation and per server per month so if you add more users/workstations the monthly amount you pay will increase at the monthly per user/workstation rate. Similarly if your company contracts and there are fewer uses/workstation your monthly rate will fall accordingly.
