What does the Full Managed Services Contract include?

A Full Managed Services Contract includes unlimited helpdesk and onsite service (in the Toronto area). It also includes most project work including new or replacement servers and workstations as well as well as migrating to cloud services - including Office 365 email migration. (Note: Some conditions apply. See https://www.bswi.com/terms/).

Are there things not included in the FMS contract?

The following products and services are excluded from a Full Managed Services Contract (unless otherwise specified) however they are available A la Carte and priced separately from your agreement.

  • Computer Hardware
  • Computer Software
  • Printer Repair and Maintenance
  • Firewalls
  • Backup Solutions - local and cloud based
  • Office 365 Solutions
  • Email Hosting (pop)
  • Cloud Servers and Desktops
  • Cloud File Sharing
  • Parts, equipment or software not covered by vendor/manufacturer warranty or support
  • VoIP phone systems
  • Efax services
  • Analog Phone Systems
  • Phone System support
  • Wireless headsets for phone systems
  • Internet data circuits
  • Phone voice circuits
  • Cell Phone Boosting for offices with weak cell phone coverage
  • Network or Voice Cabling
  • Security Solutions (cameras etc.)
  • Additional Spam solution if required may be included depending on your email server
  • The cost of any Software, Licensing, or Software Renewal or Upgrade Fees of any kind.
  • The cost of any 3rd Party Vendor or Manufacturer Support or Incident Fees of any kind.
  • Maintenance of Application software packages, whether acquired from MSP or any other source unless as specified in this Agreement.

What if my company gets smaller? Am I locked into paying for support
on computers I don’t need?

With a Full Managed Services Contract you are billed per user/workstation and per server per month so if you add more users/workstations the monthly amount you pay will increase at the monthly per user/workstation rate. Similarly if your company contracts and there are fewer uses/workstation your monthly rate will fall accordingly.

At all times you know exactly what your IT costs are going to be.

How long has BSWI been in business?

Wayne Clements, the owner has been in the IT business since 1982. His company, Business Solutions with Integrity Inc. started in 1992 and was incorporated in 1996.

Do we have to buy hardware, software from BSWI?

You are free to source your hardware and software from whomever you choose Most companies find it easier to let us provide a one stop shop.

Do you service outside of Toronto and/or the GTA?

Yes we provide remote support almost anywhere in the world. Most locations we can provide onsite service with our affiliates.

Is there a minimum size of company that BSWI will support?

We typically cannot service clients with less than 5 computers.

Are the BSWI techs smart?

Yes - we have some of the best techs in the business - they are very smart.

Are the BSWI techs friendly?

Yes- this is actually a prerequisite when we hire.
