Windows 7 End of Life
This is a reminder that after January 14th, 2020, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for computers running Windows 7. This means all computers need to be running Windows 10 before then.

FAQs

Yes computers with Windows 7 will continue to operate as before.

What happens if I continue to use Windows 7 after January 14th?

Your computer will no longer receive security updates and will be exposed to viruses that hackers develop. Yes, the license may be purchased for approximately $ 200 Canadian.

Are there labour costs to upgrade?

An upgrade will normally take 1 to 2 hours. This is no charge if you have a Full Managed Services agreement with BSWI.
